Over a decade ago, I was working a successful 9-to-5 career as a Pension Consultant. On the surface, life looked great. But deep down, I felt a quiet longing... to slow down, to connect more deeply, and to spend more time with my young children. I craved something more meaningful… something real.

Then life changed in an instant.

Just weeks after choosing to leave my job, my eldest son, Noah, was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive bone cancer. For two heartbreaking years, we walked through the unimaginable. And at just fourteen, my beautiful boy transitioned from this world.

Losing Noah shattered me, but it also awakened something profound.

In my deep grief and longing to stay connected with him, I found myself opening to the unseen. Subtle signs, synchronicities, and everyday miracles began to appear. Nature became my sacred guide, and I started receiving messages in the most unexpected places... trees, clouds, feathers, and clover. I was being called to remember: we are never truly alone.

This journey led me to energy healing. First as a seeker, and then as a practitioner. Reiki became a bridge, not only between myself and Noah’s spirit, but between my inner world and the universal life force that flows through all of us. It helped me begin to heal, not just emotionally, but spiritually and energetically.

I went on to become a Certified Reiki Master Teacher and a Four Pathways Certified Energy Healer through an advanced yearlong apprenticeship with intuitive teacher & renowned author, Cyndi Dale. I’ve also trained in Jikiden Reiki, Vagus Nerve healing, Distance Energy Medicine, and soul-based healing arts with respected leaders including Dr. Melanie Smith and grounding expert, Amelia Vogler.

Over the last 9 years, I’ve served hundreds of clients ~ both in-person and at a distance ~ and created over a dozen transformational workshops and hybrid online courses that weave together energy healing, intuitive storytelling, and soul-led visualizations.

My Approach: The Four Leafs of Healing

The inspiration behind 4Leaf4Life is rooted in both spirit and soil. After Noah passed, our lawn, ravaged by chinch bugs, seemed beyond repair. It mirrored the desolate landscape of our lives without Noah. In one final attempt to revive it naturally, we planted clover.

What happened next felt magical: four- and five-leaf clovers began appearing everywhere.

Not just a few... hundreds.

It was as though Noah was speaking through nature, reminding us of life’s resilience, mystery, and the beauty that can grow from broken ground.

These clovers became the symbol of my healing path and the foundation for the four pillars I now offer in my work:

4Leaf4Life is more than a name, it’s a reminder that even in life’s hardest moments, miracles are possible.

My mission is to hold sacred space for your healing, help you reconnect with your soul’s truth, and remind you that love ~ true, eternal love ~ never dies.
