By booking a service, attending a session, or purchasing a product with Dawn Williams and/or 4Leaf4Life Reiki + Synergistic Resonance (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“the client”) agree to the following terms and conditions in full.

1. Refund Policy

We encourage all clients to make informed, intuitive decisions before booking. Please explore our website, blog, and social media, and contact us with any questions before committing.

• No refunds will be issued for services rendered or missed appointments, except in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered at your discretion.

• Refunds are not available for digital products, downloadable materials, or gift certificates.

2. Pricing & Availability

• We reserve the right to change pricing and service availability at any time without notice.

• Prices listed at the time of purchase are final. We do not offer retroactive discounts or refunds if pricing changes in the future.

3. Privacy Policy

• All sessions are confidential. Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your express written consent, unless required by Canadian law.

• Records are kept private and secure, in compliance with applicable Canadian privacy laws and ethical standards for wellness professionals.

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling

• Services must be used within two (2) months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may result in forfeiture of the session and fee, at our sole discretion.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances, with notice provided and every effort made to rebook in a timely manner.

5. Use of Materials & Content

• All written reports, guided sessions, audio content, and accompanying materials are copyrighted to Dawn Williams and/or 4Leaf4Life Reiki + Synergistic Resonance.

• These materials are intended for your personal use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or public sharing of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Health & Legal Disclaimer

• Our services are complementary and spiritual in nature and are not a replacement for licensed medical, psychological, or legal care.

• We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or offer medical treatment. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

• Energy healing is a personal and subjective experience. We do not guarantee outcomes or results.

7. Client Agreement & Liability Waiver

By booking a session or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You are voluntarily engaging in the service and are at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.

2. You understand this service is not a substitute for professional advice or treatment in any medical, psychological, financial, or legal domain.

3. You accept full responsibility for your decisions, emotions, and outcomes before, during, and after your session.

4. You release Dawn Williams and 4Leaf4Life Reiki + Synergistic Resonance from any and all liability, claims, or damages, known or unknown, that may arise as a result of your participation.

5. You agree not to pursue any legal action for perceived outcomes, and further indemnify us against any such claims.

6. You understand your session is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. You agree not to record sessions without prior consent.

8. You acknowledge that testimonials, spiritual impressions, and intuitive insights are subjective and for informational/spiritual support only.

8. Jurisdiction Waiver

By using any of Dawn William’s Services/Products/Advice/Free Content, you agree that applicable Canadian law, and the laws of the province of Nova Scotia, CANADA without regard to principles of conflict of laws in other jurisdictions outside Canada (ex. United States), will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Dawn Williams. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the jurisdiction of Nova Scotia, Canada.

9. Consent & Acceptance

Your use of this website, services, and content signifies that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
