Please note, this agreement is not the same as "vow, oath or binding contract." On the contrary, it is a deep respecting of the fluid nature of all relationships. Healthy relationships, even that with Spirit, are meant to flow and shift over time.

In this way, your Sacred Agreement may (and must) be revisited over time as your relationship with Spirit grows and expands. This is true for all relationships.

The Sacred Agreement contemplation is fantastic for reviewing all aspects of relationships both in the macro, "Spirit", and the micro, your "everyday relationships."
