Remember how you learned a hand position protocol for Reiki sessions in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki First Degree training?
This was Mrs. Takata's brilliant innovation to ensure that everyone, including those who might not be as 'tapped into their intuition' as others, could create meaningful sessions with minimal training.
As we practice more and more, gaining confidence and building our intuitive capacities, we're able to approach sessions from a more intuitive framework, trusting in the process.
Well, the evolution of your practice to provide distance Reiki sessions will benefit from a framework/structure as well!

Confidence in the practitioner, this is a tool for your success. As you gain experience, you will naturally create your own style and type of session.
Confidence in the client as they receive something tangible to help integrate the energy.

Distance Reiki has different flavours and nuances than in person Reiki. It requires a unique approach to ensure it is received in the fullness of what is possible.

About Dawn
I’m Dawn — Reiki Master, energy healing practitioner, and sacred space holder for those navigating transformation, grief, and spiritual reconnection.
Over the last eight years, I’ve had the honor of serving hundreds of unique clients, including many through long-distance healing sessions. I deeply love to experiment and explore with visualizations and soul-led storytelling, allowing spirit to move through me in spontaneous, guided sessions that are as unique as the souls I work with.
Since 2018, I have created and co-created a dozen unique workshops — from intimate in-person offerings to fully hybrid online courses that combine video, audio, written teachings, and live Zoom sessions. These workshops include immersive experiences such as private Reiki online initiations, where participants meet powerful guides like Usui Sensei, Buddha, Mother Mary, and Anna, grandmother of Jesus, through custom visualizations during attunements.

Before this path of deep energetic work, I spent over 15 years as a pension consultant — guiding individuals and organizations through complex financial transitions with clarity and care. This professional foundation shaped my ability to hold structure in uncertainty, listen with precision, and support others through life-altering change.
Eventually, a deeper calling began to stir — one that whispered of something beyond spreadsheets and strategy, into the unseen, soul work, and healing.
My energy work blends lineage-based Reiki with advanced energy medicine and spiritual development. I hold certifications in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki (Master/Teacher) and Jikiden Reiki (Shoden & Okuden) and completed a year-long professional apprenticeship with renowned healer Cyndi Dale. I’ve trained in vagus nerve healing, distance energy work, and received the Munay-Ki Earthkeeper rites. Academically, I hold degrees in Education and Mathematics.
Today, I hold sacred space at the intersection of structure and spirit, logic and intuition, the seen and the unseen — guiding clients ready to release old patterns, reclaim their light, and reconnect with their soul.
